Lord of War (2005)

Starring: Nicolas Cage, Ethan Hawke and Jared Leto

Director: Andrew Niccol

Lord of War is a realistic depiction of a modern day arms dealer about Yuri Orlov (Nicolas Cage) who immersed himself in the gun trade in his 30’s. It shows hand in hand his rise to power and declining morality. As usual Nicolas Cage stays consistent with a good performance. However we expected a different kind of movie, and the ending was surprising for us.

Due Date is a hysterical adult comedy. It’s about 2 entirely different guys who cross paths and rely on each other for different reasons. Peter Highman (Robert Downey Jr.) needs to get from Atlanta to LA because his wife is planned to have a C Section, however the only person who can help him is the person who got him on a no-fly list Ethan Trembly (Zach Galifianakis).
